📋 Description

• Provide on-demand (“on-call”) therapeutic support for patients attending MAT appointments • Review and interpret standardized assessment tools, including BAM-R, PHQ-9, Social Determinants of Health, and Patient Satisfaction Surveys • Compare current assessment results to baseline and prior scores to identify trends and clinical needs • Deliver brief, targeted therapeutic interventions including supportive counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) • Address ambivalence, reinforce recovery goals, and support behavioral change • Collaborate with patients to identify barriers to recovery and connect them with appropriate internal or external services • Document clinical interactions and relevant findings in accordance with organizational standards • Communicate clinically relevant insights to the care team as appropriate • Participate in feedback loops to refine and improve the MBC pilot model

🎯 Requirements

• Masters level behavioral health clinician. Prefer fully licensed but not required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) • Experience working with substance use disorders and/or MAT populations • Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing and brief therapy models • Experience with measurement-based care or outcomes-informed treatment preferred • Comfortable interpreting standardized clinical assessments and applying findings in real time • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
