• Assist in creating a nonprofit to make funerals free again • Plan and strategize how to start, operate, and maintain a nonprofit cemetery • Map the steps to start a nonprofit cemetery near campus or in a nearby town • Map day-to-day operations using Hosanna High's model of family-led home, church, or graveside services • Plan long-term operations involving land, people, partners, and simple systems • Document learnings in plain language and add them to the living SOP for the next class • Join the weekly video check-in and submit hours with a short activity note
🎯 Requirements
• Current Post University student with a Federal Work-Study award • Reliable internet and email • Clear, simple writing • Care and respect when talking about death and grief • Ability to join the weekly video check-in • Business Management or related major preferred • Seniors or high-GPA students who like planning and strategy preferred • Comfort with spreadsheets or simple project tracking preferred • No funeral background needed
