📋 Description

• Lead client engagements from end to end • Drive client development and build lasting client relationships • Lead agile, client-facing teams to discover leadership and organizational needs and develop innovative leadership development programs • Facilitate leadership development workshops with executives at all levels • Create new thought leadership on supporting leaders • Mentor and develop colleagues as leadership development professionals • Advise clients on leadership development systems and architectures

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in professional services or professional training and coaching • Proven expertise in at least 2 of: Leadership Development, Design Thinking / Learning Design / Program Design, or Strategy Consulting • Demonstrable experience creating high-level thought leadership content • Extensive personal meditation / personal development practice in excess of 5 years • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred • Accredited leadership development facilitator and/or coach (e.g., ICF ACC) • Self-starter with exceptional ownership and ability to work in a boutique organization and thrive in high-pressure client situations • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and effectively with people at all organizational levels • Exceptional time and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams with operational discipline • Must live in a US time zone • Dedicated contemplative practice required
