📋 Description

• Execute TikTok Shop affiliate strategies and/or social ambassador programs aligned with brand objectives • Conduct daily affiliate outreach through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center • Manage affiliate messaging systems and Discord communities to encourage mutually beneficial partnerships • Manage social commerce initiatives across TikTok and Meta • Set up and continuously optimize social shops to improve conversions and client revenue • Track and report GMV, response rate, and program growth • Develop affiliate commission strategies and analyze overall profitability • Develop client forecasts and goals using historical data • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations to clients • Maintain client satisfaction and retention • Monitor industry trends and platform updates and identify innovative strategies • Use AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for departmental work • Meet KPI targets including forecasts, client churn, departmental strategy execution, and performance-question handling

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media (agency experience preferred) • Current knowledge of social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates, with examples of applying this knowledge to enhance strategies • Experience navigating TikTok Shop Seller Center and its commerce tools, including the Affiliate management system • Understanding of the social ambassador ecosystem and proven experience in at least one sub-affiliate program; Impact experience is a bonus • Proven track record managing social media strategies for multiple clients across various industries • Strong ability to analyze campaign data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions • Experience managing social commerce initiatives, including setting up and optimizing TikTok and Meta social shops • Proficiency managing performance-focused influencer campaigns using conversions, click-through rates, and ROI • Ability to work autonomously and independently develop, execute, and manage social media strategies
