📋 Description

• Deliver professional, on-site training to customers on the operation, safety, and maintenance of medical laser systems • Tailor training sessions to the customer’s clinical environment, device type, and treatment protocols • Provide post-training support and follow-up to reinforce learning and ensure confidence • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, customer feedback, and device usage • Collaborate with MRP’s service and sales teams to identify additional training or device needs • Generate and submit accurate invoices for completed training sessions in a timely manner • Represent MRP with professionalism, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in medical aesthetics devices • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to adapt training style to various audiences (clinicians, technicians, practice staff) • Comfortable traveling to customer sites and working independently • Familiarity with energy-based devices and safety protocols • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point, and digital documentation tools • Prior experience training on aesthetic energy-based devices required • Clinical or technical certification in laser safety or device operation is a plus
