β’ 6-10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare, ideally health plans, diagnostics, or digital health. β’ Proven track record of closing six-figure+ enterprise deals with Quality Improvement and Population Health buyers. β’ Strong acumen in Stars/HEDIS performance, care-gap closure workflows, and payor incentives. β’ Confident engaging C-suite and senior executives; strong meeting orchestration skills. β’ Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment with minimal structure. β’ Low-ego collaborator - success oriented, relationship-led, deal-driven.
