📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse engineering team • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team • Collaborate closely with other departments, including business development, project management, and operations • Optimize the allocation and utilization of engineering resources • Implement and enforce quality control measures • Ensure compliance with local and international engineering regulations • Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferred) • 8-20 years of experience in engineering roles • Expertise in rotary mechanical equipment like Pumps, Air Blowers, Air Compressors, Agitators, Mixers • Proficient in process equipment like Screens, Clarifiers, Sludge thickening & Dewatering equipment • Knowledge of various industrial design codes and material standards like ASME, API, ISO, HIS, AWWA & ASTM • Strong leadership and people management skills • Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results • Technical proficiency in water treatment engineering • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
