📋 Description

• Independently build and execute multi-channel demand generation programs — from audience targeting through nurture sequences — that consistently deliver qualified pipeline aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile. • Own top-of-funnel awareness through pipeline contribution and revenue influence, with clear funnel math from MQL to closed-won revenue and the reporting to prove it. • Build and optimize Account Based Marketing programs targeting enterprise security buyers — CISOs, Security Engineers, and DevOps leaders — at Fortune 500 organizations. • Activate buyer intent signals from tools like 6sense to drive timely, relevant outreach that shortens sales cycles and improves conversion rates at priority accounts. • Use AI and automation tools to build campaigns, copy, sequences, and reporting infrastructure at a pace that makes your output look like a team's — this is your primary lever, not a bonus capability. • Deliver executive-ready dashboards that tie marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue, giving leadership real-time confidence in marketing's contribution to growth. • Maintain tight alignment between demand programs and pipeline goals — reducing CAC while increasing qualified lead volume quarter over quarter.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation or a closely related role, with a proven track record of driving pipeline in a B2B environment using both inbound and outbound motions. • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools — hands-on experience with HubSpot, SEMrush, 6sense, buffer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Analytics. • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build campaigns, content, and automated workflows faster and more efficiently than traditional methods — not just familiarity, but active use. • Comfort with test statistics, experimental design, and campaign optimization — you make decisions from data and you build the dashboards yourself. • Prior experience in cybersecurity or a technical B2B environment. Experience running ABM programs at scale. Familiarity with buyer intent platforms and how to operationalize those signals. Certifications in digital marketing or related fields. A Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
