📋 Description

• Provide intervention, evaluation/assessment, individual, group and family counseling to individuals affected by behavioral health conditions to include all outpatient treatment programs. • Develop and maintain a community referral network. • Provide education and training to individuals, groups and agencies. • Assume 24 hour on-call duty once every staff rotation as needed. • Maintain all regulatory, contract and documentation standards and data collection, and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner. • Consistent collaboration and coordination of care between all Prairie Ridge services. • Attend staff consultation, supervision and training activities. • Maintain minimum productivity hours as set by the agency standard. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• For clinicians treating individuals with a primary mental health diagnosis, a minimum of a master’s degree in behavioral healthcare and a full license as a LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, LISW, or psychologist. • Understanding of the mission of Prairie Ridge and the patients we work with. • Proficiency in oral and written communication skills, as well as record keeping. • Technology skills allowing for proficiency in use of electronic health record.
