📋 Description

• Evaluate business requirements from system end users and business stakeholders • Translate high-level requirements into detailed designs • Plan solutions using provided information and materials • Design, develop, architect, implement, and support end-to-end business applications on the Appian BPM platform • Configure Appian’s Business Process Management Suite to improve human-centric business processes • Design and implement data models based on customer application requirements • Support hands-on development, Proof of Concepts, and demos as needed • Provide expertise in SQL and Appian CDT configurations • Develop and implement Appian and web-based applications • Develop AI-integrated solutions and/or AI-supported DevOps • Provide technical guidance to other developers when required • Draft and update documentation, including custom use cases, agile user stories, and BPMN process models • Develop Appian BPM applications and integrate them with other COTS products • Estimate and size Appian business requirements • Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field • Appian Level 1 or 2 Certification required • Experience with Agile methodologies, Appian BPM, and APIs • Some experience with AI supported development methods and AI integrated features preferred • Experience with integrations with external systems • Ability to scope Appian projects and provide accurate estimates • Strong design skills and attention to detail • Ability to meet deadlines • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Qualified candidates must be U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, or EAD/GC holders • Must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
