📋 Description

• Contribute to multiple Real World Evidence projects with cross-functional staff • Serve as the analytics expert on projects • Prepare and perform analyses of primary and secondary data • Develop study protocols and analysis plans • Design Real World Evidence studies • Communicate study results internally and externally • Conduct data feasibility assessments, create analytic datasets, perform data analyses, and prepare study reports • Perform data preparation and analyses independently • Make recommendations to clients and team members on study direction • Anticipate and identify facilitators and barriers to successful project and task execution

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research, such as health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health • Proficiency in one or more of R, Python, SQL, or SAS • 0–2 years of relevant prior research experience, including research conducted for undergraduate or graduate programs • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing demands • Willingness and desire to learn and share knowledge • Excellent oral and written communication skills
