📋 Description

• Support periodic forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning for PAQ SG&A, Corporate Allocations, and Consolidated Reporting • Partner with FP&A and cross-functional business partners to gather assumptions, validate inputs, and prepare submissions • Coordinate with shared services teams on close reporting, forecasting, and budgeting • Provide financial analysis and business insights for operating plans, cost management, and business initiatives • Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial statement support • Summarize financial results, business drivers, risks, opportunities, and implications for future results • Prepare financial reporting packages, presentations, and dashboards for Finance and Executive Leadership • Assist with corporate reporting requests, board materials, and consolidated financial summaries • Build, maintain, and improve financial models and analyses • Validate financial results, explain variances, and identify cost-management and profitability opportunities • Perform customer, product, and functional profitability analysis • Support ad hoc analysis, strategic projects, and leadership requests • Use systems and reporting tools to improve data quality and automate internal processes • Resolve reporting and consolidation issues with Operations and cross-functional teams • Prepare consolidated sales, intercompany sales, and incentive reporting analyses • Support acquisition integration and pro-forma reporting through financial analysis and data consolidation • Perform other duties assigned by the line manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum concentration accounting, finance or business • A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience • Or equivalent combination of education, professional training and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job • Curiosity, sound business judgment, and ability to translate financial information into clear, practical business insights • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, BI dashboards, and ERP systems • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to interpret financial results, identify trends, explain variances, and support fact-based recommendations • Ability to work with complex reporting requirements and large data sets while maintaining accuracy • Ability to summarize financial results, risks, opportunities, and business drivers clearly and concisely • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with Finance colleagues, business partners, shared services teams, and internal stakeholders • Collaborative approach and willingness to support peers, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement • Strong ethics, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential financial information • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
