📋 Description

• Support day-to-day project activities on assigned accounts (timelines, status reports, hot sheets, project routing) with a collaborative mindset • Collaborate with team members to maintain open communication and learn how to anticipate challenges and contribute to solutions • Assist with Workfront tasks, including project setup, tracking and reporting while building familiarity with project setup (planned hours) and processes • Support budget tracking and reporting, partnering with seasoned PM team members, Account and Finance to ensure accuracy and profitability. • Engage in mentorship and training opportunities to develop operational and cross departmental knowledge, strengthen collaboration skills, and grow as a project management professional • Assist in scheduling and facilitating internal status and project kickoff meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred • 1 plus years of experience in a professional environment, preferred • Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or related Life Sciences experience a plus • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating system
