📋 Description

• Establish realistic goals and implement action plans for new business implementations • Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with standards, procedures and guidelines • Ensure financial, material and human resources are available to complete projects successfully • Evaluate progress, identify limitations or faults, and seek process-efficiency solutions • Develop internal and external communication strategies for departments and clients • Delegate tasks and ensure even distribution among project team members • Motivate team members to meet project goals and satisfy client requirements • Manage project planning, communication, risk assessment and resources • Create a collaborative work environment conducive to creative thinking • Contribute to new business startups, operational efficiency and company financial success through planning, execution, resource management and on-time, on-budget delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or equivalent related work or military experience • 1 year of experience in operations, preferably in manufacturing or logistics • Lean or Six Sigma experience • Project management experience • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • PMP, Agile or Six Sigma certification(s) preferred • Experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics, distribution or manufacturing preferred • Strong understanding of professional services economics preferred • Experience with change management processes preferred • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time • Experience in staff management and development, including mentoring Project Managers • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities • REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or passport required for federal travel regulations • Familiarity with and ability to comply with TSA security procedures • Ability to travel domestically by road, rail and air as required • Must pass a pre-employment drug test if required after a conditional offer
