📋 Description

• Serve as the lead strategic partner for a portfolio of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients. • Develop annual strategic plans, guiding integrated programs, ensuring alignment with client business objectives. • Oversee day-to-day client relationships, leading internal account teams, providing mentorship and professional development support. • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare marketing, medical affairs, or medical communications agency environments. • Demonstrated success managing and growing pharmaceutical or healthcare accounts with annual revenues exceeding $2.5 million. • Proven experience serving as a strategic and business advisor to senior marketing, commercial, or medical affairs stakeholders. • Strong leadership experience overseeing, mentoring, and developing account management professionals. • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and contribute to business profitability.
