📋 Description

• Serve as content point person on assigned accounts • Develop high-quality, medically accurate print and digital content for medical communication resources • Deliver projects according to established timelines • Conduct literature reviews and develop annotations supporting promotional claims • Communicate proactively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders • Ensure work meets scientific, good publication practice, company-rule, and policy standards • Work with account teams to align content with strategic imperatives • Communicate medical content to internal teams and pharmaceutical clients • Attend medical, legal, and regulatory review meetings • Participate in project kick-offs, status meetings, client meetings, and brainstorm/review meetings • Contribute ideas for new business proposals and tactical planning • Mentor junior staff • Travel occasionally for client meetings

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in life sciences, or BA/BS in English combined with experience in a pharmaceutical agency, medical communications company or healthcare advertising • Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical communication, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry • Command of American Medical Association (AMA) style • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat • Familiarity with scientific search engines including PubMed and Google Scholar • Strong written and verbal communication • High analytical ability • Ability to prioritize deadline-sensitive projects and juggle competing client priorities • Team- and detail-oriented
