📋 Description

• Design and produce high quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials in support of Medical Communication initiatives • Translate complex scientific, economic, and access narratives into clear, engaging visual storytelling • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables • Apply knowledge of Medical Communication audiences to creative decision making • Participate in concept development and iterative refinement based on strategic objectives and stakeholder feedback • Proactively propose new approaches, layouts, or visual systems to enhance clarity and impact • Partner closely with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to deliver on time and on brief • Incorporate medical/legal/regulatory feedback accurately and efficiently • Build trust and credibility with cross-functional colleagues through strong communication and reliability • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision • Take ownership of assigned workstreams from concept through production

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field • 3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency environment • Prior experience supporting Medical Communications, Market Access, Managed Markets, or payer focused work preferred • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Strong PowerPoint design expertise • Figma/XD skills • Working knowledge of print and digital production processes • AI related skills and experience • Video editing/motion graphics skills are a plus
