📋 Description

• Design slides, email headers, digital assets, infographics, toolkits, guides • Create visual systems/templates for repeatable campaigns • Translate data and program details into simple visual narratives • Maintain consistency with brand and accessibility standards • Partner closely with the writer and PM on rapid-turn deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in visual design, with a focus on editorial and systems-based design approaches • Experience with designing for enterprise or internal communications programs • Strong creative instincts and the ability to develop compelling concepts and ideas • Ability to simplify complex, content-heavy information into clear, effective visual formats • Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint) • Strong attention to detail, particularly around consistency, formatting, and accessibility • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
