📋 Description

• Create user-centered designs improving the usability, accessibility, and aesthetics of the banking platform • Work closely with customers, engineers, and product stakeholders • Craft pixel-perfect designs that enhance and expand the platform • Take designs from initial idea through production, ensuring high quality • Create and evolve design systems, prototypes, and other assets • Help increase access to banking and solve complex banking needs

• Outstanding portfolio of consumer- and/or enterprise-facing work showcasing exceptional design quality • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to transform early-stage ideas into actionable outcomes • Commitment to excellence and sensitivity to fine design details • Strong systems thinking • Proactive, self-starting approach • Compelling presentation and communication skills • Habit of proactive collaboration
