📋 Description

• Independently plan, write, and manage multiple RFP/RFI requests simultaneously under tight timelines • Compile and organize information from various functional areas to create compelling, comprehensive, and persuasive responses • Ensure proposal content, style, consistency, tone, appearance, and accuracy • Collaborate with leadership and representatives from multiple functional areas to ensure accurate responses • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-regional teams on strategic RFPs/RFIs • Execute concepts through final proposals or finalist presentations • Work with Marketing Leadership, General Managers, and Executive Management Leadership members on business issues related to RFIs and RFPs • Lead RFP efforts to win new business and retain strategic accounts • Serve as a subject matter expert on strategic business units, products, operations, healthcare delivery systems, and financial guarantees • Maintain accurate, current, and relevant response data in the team database • Consult on, manage, and execute special projects for sales executives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or English, or four (4) years’ professional experience in one of the above areas (Required) • Five (5) years of professional writing experience for marketing, public relations, or business communications (Required) • Five (5) years of experience writing responses to RFP/RFI requests or professional business writing • Five (5) years of experience in healthcare, preferably in health insurance (Preferred) • Master’s degree (Preferred)
