📋 Description

• Manage FreshWorks support tickets from employees and coordinate resolution within the 48-hour SLA • Manage user support requests and provide training and guidance on finance system processes, reports, and functionality • Support Workday and OneStream administration, configuration, and business process enhancements • Analyze, document, and maintain end-to-end data flows between Finance, HR, Operations, and IT systems • Perform data mapping and integration validation for system enhancements, process improvements, and reporting requirements • Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, and application upgrades • Develop report specifications by identifying data relationships, source systems, and reporting requirements within Workday and OneStream • Investigate and resolve data flow, integration, and reporting issues • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate needs into system solutions • Partner with Finance Functional Leads and IT teams on automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement • Support month-end close activities by troubleshooting system-related issues and validating financial data • Maintain data quality through reconciliation, validation, and monitoring of system interfaces and integrations • Contribute to governance, documentation, and process standardization across finance systems and reporting environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent from an accredited institution in accounting, finance, or Information Technology • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a service organization • Preferred direct experience in the Clinical Research industry • Workday Financials administration and configuration • Ability to create and analyze reports in Microsoft Excel • Working knowledge of integrated program management systems • Hands-on experience working with Workday • Highly detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
