📋 Description

• Responsible for accurate contract data entry, timely submission of contract attachment paperwork or information to vendors and distributors, and disciplined follow-up to secure approvals • Own the submission of attachment requests to vendors, driving the feedback and approval cycle to closure • Maintain accurate, real-time records in the organization’s CRM and case management systems • Support Implementation, Sales, and Connectivity teams by ensuring contract attachment activity is timely, compliant, and audit‑ready

🎯 Requirements

• 0 or more years of applicable experience • High School Diploma or GED (Required) • 2+ years of experience in contract operations, procurement, or a GPO-facing role preferred • Experience using automation platforms and scripting tools a plus • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Bias for action and comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments • Disciplined habit of documenting all touchpoints — calls, emails, portal actions — as structured case activities rather than informal notes • Ability to manage high‑volume, repeatable work accurately • Strong time management and SLA adherence • Proficiency in maintaining accurate, real-time CRM records; strong data hygiene habits • Clear written communication for internal and external correspondence • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or operations preferred • Experience in a healthcare/pharmacy company a plus. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
