📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation, development, and processing of commercial contracts, amendments, and pricing agreements • Compile, track, and analyze data for completion of requests for proposals and ad-hoc reporting • Ensure contract compliance, accurate pricing, reporting, and maintain up-to-date group membership information • Analyze contract sales and calculate all applicable administrative fees • Maintain contract agreement templates and workflow documentation • Support all policies related to contract activity • Implement new processes and procedures as identified by the team and stakeholders • Help lead the mission to protect Solventum by collaborating with key stakeholders and business partners to develop new strategies • Review, analyze and edit contract language to address business needs while protecting Solventum

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution • Five (5) years’ experience in business, technical, and/or legal contracting • Knowledge of the healthcare industry in the United States • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams • Good communications skills (verbal, written, presentation) • Ability to interact with both internal and external customers • Proven capability to collaborate across functions and internal structures • A passion to solve what matters
