β’ Support the full acquisition lifecycle on behalf of the federal agencyβs Office of Acquisition Services, including pre-award planning; solicitation development; proposal and quote evaluation; and post-award contract administration. β’ Conduct and document market research and support acquisition planning for assigned requirements. β’ Draft and edit solicitation documents, including RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, and Combined Synopsis/Solicitations. β’ Support technical and past performance evaluations, assist with scoring, negotiation objectives, and award documentation. β’ Process contract modifications and support post-award administration, including option exercises and de-obligations. β’ Maintain complete, accurate procurement files and submit them within required agency timeframes. β’ Prepare status reports and support recurring meetings with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
β’ Bachelor's degree β’ Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated federal contracting experience across the full acquisition lifecycle, from solicitation development through contract administration. β’ Current or previous Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) certification, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), or civilian equivalent (e.g., National Contract Management Agency (NCMA)). β’ Extensive working knowledge of the FAR. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. β’ Ability to obtain and maintain the government suitability determination required for agency access. β’ Prior experience with the Integrated Contracts Expert (ICE) contract writing system (preferred). β’ Prior experience supporting CDC, HHS, or other federal public health agency acquisitions (preferred).
