📋 Description

• Deliver performance improvement services to healthcare systems • Perform billable client work and lead or participate in engagement workstreams • Determine client needs according to statements of work • Lead, complete, and quality-assure data analyses • Interpret analyses, form recommendations, and develop potential solutions • Develop client presentations and deliverables for varied audiences • Assist with risk identification, mitigation, implementation, project management, and workstream economics • Participate in interviews, hypothesis formation, analytics, recommendations, and change implementation • Maintain utilization targets for billable projects • Participate in practice development and approved educational activities • Learn Premier technologies and services • Build and maintain dynamic, interactive data models • Lead process standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools • Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses • Identify market opportunities, support sales presentations, and improve profitability • Complete annual required training

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences • Ability to conduct analyses and oversee and mentor others in client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members effectively and collaboratively • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Experience with Lean Process Improvement; Six Sigma Green/Black belt preferred • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • Experience analyzing complex healthcare data sets and developing visualizations and presentations • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis • Experience in new methodology development and strategic problem-solving • Remain stationary for prolonged periods • Adapt quickly and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Operate computer programs and software • Communicate effectively with audiences in person and electronically • Make independent decisions • Work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Travel 61–80% within the US
