📋 Description

• Transform customers’ source system data into the Premier Ingest Data Spec for landing into the Databricks warehouse • Enable analytics capabilities within the Premier product suite • Collaborate with customer IT, data architects, business stakeholders, and Premier teams • Serve as the trusted source-system knowledge expert and advisor • Collect required data elements and ensure accurate PIDS data mappings • Obtain member sign-off on data mappings • Understand and document data flows and implementation nuances • Consult with customers on data mapping analysis and issue resolution • Work with Data Development and Product Management to build adapters • Apply standards to populate customer and source-system data into a single target data model • Analyze raw source-system data, downstream ETL logic, and mapping limitations • Complete data mapping templates for transformation and storage • Identify process, tooling, and operating-mechanism improvements • Profile and analyze data with the Technical Account Manager for new adapter projects • Communicate mapping status, risks, and issues • Investigate and troubleshoot complex source-system data problems • Assist with customer data integrity solutions • Perform quality assurance on custom transformation logic

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable experience • High School Diploma or GED (Required) • EMR Source system certification • EPIC Certification • Demonstrated proficiency SQL queries • Experience creating source to target data mapping • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills • Ability to understand workflows within configured clinical information and decision support systems • Project management/time management skills • Excellent member-facing communication skills • Knowledge of healthcare analytics trends and aptitude for learning new technical skills and source systems quickly • Experience working with at least one healthcare data domain, including billing, claims, revenue cycle, EHR, ancillary support systems, or patient registration/scheduling/authorization • 10+ years of EMR source system data architecture experience (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Effective communication with in-person and electronic audiences • Ability to work collaboratively and make independent decisions • Travel 1–20% within the US
