📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive care services for pediatric neurology patients • Lead the care team in delivering efficient and compassionate care • Oversee overall quality of care and clinical outcomes for pediatric neurology patients • Manage physician/patient relationships and patient and family satisfaction • Participate in system-wide health management initiatives • Provide input on financial, clinical, service quality, budget, capital plan, and personnel matters • Assist with developing and implementing clinical and service standards • Receive and resolve patient complaints • Participate in recruiting and replacing other providers • Consult with and advise providers on optimal and cost-effective treatment • Enhance professional growth through educational programs, literature review, in-services, and workshops • Participate in team and multispecialty group meetings • Maintain coding and encounter data standards for completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and reimbursement • Help lead Advanced Practice Clinicians in delivering appropriate patient education and care • Perform other functions as required

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO • Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Neurology • New Mexico medical license
