📋 Description

• Support Sales Teams on the day-to-day business • Handle submitting promotions and new items • Assist with presentation materials and filling in for other Sales Assistants as necessary • Complete and submit monthly retail promotions and new vendor/item setups • Upkeep of data in systems, building and maintaining TEAMS tools, updating internal databases • Run sales reports, providing promotion confirmations and various tracker projects • Manage requests from manufacturer and retail customers • Build relationships with customers by being responsive, professional, and well-versed in the accounts and brands supported • Complete ad hoc projects as needed and cover open desks as necessary • Attention to detail in completing forms and submissions with accuracy • Effective and timely communication internally and externally • Manage and prioritize all incoming action requests

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years administrative experience preferred • Well organized, detail oriented, self-starter with strong administrative, customer service, and follow-up skills • Ability to manage time, prioritize and follow through with deadlines • Dependable, diplomatic person, able to problem-solve successfully with a wide variety of people and issues • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook • Flexibility to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
