📋 Description

• Lead complex enterprise infrastructure and technology transformation projects for clients • Lead projects involving campus and data center networking, network refreshes and migrations, firewall implementations, wireless LAN, SD-WAN, unified communications, data center relocations, enterprise security, and cloud connectivity or hybrid infrastructure • Coordinate project activities with business owners, stakeholders, support teams, technical infrastructure teams, and application teams • Partner with engineering architects and technical leads on scope, dependencies, implementation risks, and deployment strategies • Manage projects across networking, security, collaboration, cloud, and infrastructure engineering disciplines • Drive technical planning sessions, implementation readiness reviews, cutover planning, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews • Identify infrastructure risks and develop mitigation strategies • Manage projects involving OEMs, carriers, cloud providers, and third-party implementation partners • Track activities and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction • Ensure service levels and Statement of Work deliverables meet quality standards • Manage all project phases, including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment • Plan resources and assignments, including project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedules • Define team member roles and expectations and ensure effective communication • Maintain project budgets through weekly timesheet and expense approvals • Monitor costs, project time, materials, services, carriers, and equipment suppliers • Oversee change management for project scope • Develop long-term partner relationships with clients • Stay current on relevant solutions, products, and services • Participate in internal PM training, meetings, developmental goals, certifications, and practice-development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience managing complex enterprise IT infrastructure projects • Demonstrated experience delivering projects involving enterprise routing and switching, campus and core networking, data center infrastructure, firewalls, network security, secure access, wireless infrastructure, SD-WAN, network modernization, unified communications, VoIP, Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco collaboration infrastructure, refresh projects, or enterprise technology migrations • Experience simultaneously managing multiple enterprise infrastructure projects ranging from $100K to multi-million-dollar engagements • Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams across networking, security, cloud, collaboration, and data center practices • Experience managing executive-level customer communications • Ability to translate highly technical concepts into business language for executive stakeholders • Exceptional risk management and issue resolution skills • Strong understanding of infrastructure deployment methodologies, implementation sequencing, maintenance windows, and production cutovers • Demonstrated history of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction • Strong consultative approach to customer engagement • Experience identifying project risks before they become customer issues • Ability to balance customer expectations with delivery excellence • PMP certification required • CAPM certification required • Experience leading projects involving Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), hybrid cloud, cloud networking, cloud security, virtualization, disaster recovery, or backup solutions preferred • ITIL Foundation preferred • Cisco CCNA or equivalent infrastructure knowledge preferred • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals preferred • AWS Cloud Practitioner preferred • Agile/Scrum certification preferred
