📋 Description

• Proactively manage customer Cisco renewals and timeline for assigned account base • Review renewals for upsell opportunities, position new offers, create and present quotes/proposals • Participate in joint Presidio/OEM strategy meetings relating to renewal (multi-year, transition to Enterprise Agreements and additional strategic programs) • Participate in customer facing meetings to present offerings, address questions, and drive opportunities to closure • Maintain and reconcile end-user’s Cisco contract inventory and proactively manage this process quarterly, annually, etc. • Collaborate with manufacturer reps to secure pricing, ensure timely renewals and accurate forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a support agreement renewal role • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS applications • Strong knowledge of Cisco services, contracts, and Enterprise Agreements • Experience with Cisco service contracts and CX EA’s (renewals, subscriptions, Enterprise Agreements) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team environment • Familiarity with Cisco asset/contract management systems (e.g., CCWR, EAMP) • Knowledge of service lifecycle management and subscription models
