• Prepare drawings from engineering and/or field markups for designers and engineers • Prepare drawings and permit exhibits • Coordinate CAD for projects • Handle initial drawing setup, submittal preparation, and ongoing project support • Assist with file management, including scanning, plotting, creating and updating project drawing lists, and general drawing management • Prepare drawings for permits • Comply with requirements by local villages, road and rail authorities, and others • Apply company and industry standards, guidelines, specifications, practices, and procedures • Archive CAD files according to company standards • Review, interpret, and implement client standards on a per-project basis • Communicate and coordinate project activities with internal team members
• At least one year of experience or technical training using AutoCAD and Revit • High school diploma required • Ability to interface and collaborate effectively with other team members • Strong organization and communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail and quality • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit • Ability to comply with local village, road, and rail authority requirements • Ability to apply company standards, guidelines, specifications, practices, and procedures • Ability to review, interpret, and implement client standards • Full-time availability
