📋 Description

• Manage executed procurement contracts prior to turnover to Project Execution Team. • Establish a tracking system for open order management and milestone achievements. • Procure high voltage breakers and other high voltage equipment as required by project specifications. • Create supplier performance metrics for objective performance of active agreements. • Provide market intelligence feedback to the Operations team and larger organization. • Support relationship building programs with new and existing suppliers. • Assist with executive team and board material approvals for new purchase agreements or amendments. • Manage equipment storage when applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 2+ years of increasingly progressive experience in procurement, contract management, asset management, operations or a similar function. • Solar and/or energy storage experience is preferred. • Previous experience where communication with external parties was prevalent is preferred.
