📋 Description

• Initiate and lead strategic information and data solutions supporting business and technology outcomes • Lead analysis and design for enterprise solutions spanning multiple domains • Ensure architectures meet business needs and align with governance and standards • Create target-state guidance, reusable standards, guidelines, platforms, and configurations • Manage the lifecycle of standard elements for enterprise information and data disciplines • Define enterprise information vision, strategy, architectural blueprints, and roadmaps • Provide architectural oversight and governance for information and data products and projects • Guide and direct Data Architects across data architecture and governance, design, analysis, and processes • Lead thought leadership in master and reference data management, data modeling, governance, quality, standardization, and metadata management • Develop enterprise information and data strategies • Maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and executive presentations • Establish and enforce systems of record, sources of truth, and sources of origin • Improve information and data architecture practices and processes • Develop and apply information policies, principles, standards, patterns, and governance processes • Research and lead adoption of emerging IT trends relevant to enterprise information and data architecture • Identify innovation opportunities that drive business outcomes • Analyze business-IT environments, identify deficiencies and technical debt, and recommend improvements • Maintain current-state, transition-state, and future-state architecture deliverables and repositories • Lead Data Architecture community of practice meetings and represent the domain at the Architecture Review Board • Collaborate with product portfolio owners and product managers to build an information and data architectural runway • Coach, mentor, and collaborate with technical subject matter experts and architecture peers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience • HS diploma or GED required • 10 years of related work experience in Business Analysis, System Design and Development, Systems Engineering, or technical architecture • 5 years of direct experience working within an Architect role • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship • Significant experience defining and standardizing design and architecture patterns • Advanced ability to communicate and present effectively at multiple organizational levels • Ability to define, plan, initiate, and lead architecture and teams • Understanding of multiple domain areas and ability to apply practical solutions • Ability to work independently and direct the learning and work of others • Experience with organization and process solutions, new system builds, legacy enhancements, commercial-off-the-shelf packages, and Cloud solutions • Experience as a senior-level architect on significant enterprise initiatives • Experience with data modeling, data lineage, data quality, data profiling, and metadata management tools, including ER/Studio, XMLSpy, InfoSphere Data Architect, and Informatica • Working knowledge of OLTP, OLAP, business event, messaging, and API contract design best practices and patterns • Experience with enterprise architecture tools and knowledge repositories, including Planview CTM / Enterprise Architect, Sparx, and Software AG • Previous experience with SAFe Agile Framework • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time • Ability to comply with security responsibilities, legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements
