📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across various levels and functions, primarily in Technology Recruiting • 8 or more years of experience in a Corporate and or Agency environment • Strong networking and relationship building skills • Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills • Understanding of market trends and compensation strategies • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching • Requires the ability to lift 10 pounds • Requires eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity and a normal range of hearing and vision (with or without correction)
