📋 Description
• Lead position in analyzing clinical, business and/or technical processes and problems • Formulating and developing recommendations for new and modified systems • Provides advanced technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems • Gathers and works with departments to prioritize development initiatives • Provides analysis of workflow, recommends solutions, and implements application solutions • Mentors Associate and Mid-level I/S Analysts in their roles • Manages system upgrades and large projects
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences or related field of study • Five (5) years of experience in EPIC or integrated EMR experience • Information technology experience in a business, computer science or healthcare setting. • Epic certification in assigned Epic application discipline • Presentation skills • Communication skills • Interpersonal skills • Ability to multi-task
