📋 Description

• Support CRO Programs • Assist Senior CRO Consultants in managing client optimization programs • Coordinate experiment launches with design and development teams • Assist with experiment setup and QA • Help document optimization opportunities and recommendations • Support website enhancement and optimization initiatives • Participate in client Slack channels and meetings • Coordinate follow-ups, action items, and project updates • Ensure client requests are documented and assigned appropriately • Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams • Conduct competitor and industry research • Gather insights from analytics and user behavior tools • Support the creation of client presentations, recommendations, and test result summaries • Coordinate cross-functional tasks between CRO, Design, and Development teams • Help keep projects on track and moving forward

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong organizational and project management abilities • High attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Strong problem-solving mindset • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks • Experience with Shopify • Experience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms • Experience with A/B testing or experimentation programs • Nice to Have Experience working in an agency environment
