📋 Description

• Administer and support the organization's travel, expense reimbursement, and credit card programs • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee expense reports • Promote compliance with company policies and IRS regulations • Provide employee training and support • Serve as the primary liaison with travel-related vendors and service providers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with corporate travel, expense reimbursement, and credit card programs • Associate degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience • Working knowledge of accounting software, preferably including Concur and Sage Intacct • Intermediate Excel and Word skills • Strong working knowledge of standard expense procedures, including processing expense reports • Ability to understand and interpret vendor invoices and other varied source documents • Ability to utilize an automated accounting system and format and generate reports • Keen attention to detail and ability to follow and complete detailed processes • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to multi-task and appropriately handle confidential information • Ability to work in a full-time remote position in the US • Ability to travel up to 5%
