📋 Description

• Developing strategic regional sales plans • Identifying Key Accounts in targeted verticals • Developing and managing a healthy sales pipeline • Achieving sales goals consistently on a monthly/quarterly basis • Utilizing multiple forms of prospecting to schedule exploratory meetings • Actively participating in networking groups to build and sustain professional relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Sales experience • Experience leveraging facility management services and solutions within a specific set of industry verticals drive sales and client engagement • Superior relationship-building skills in both face-to-face and remote environments • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience with CRM (MS Dynamics 365 (preferred), HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Willingness to prospect and generate leads, appointments, and sales.
