📋 Description

• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms • Edit short-form videos and create graphics in Canva • Write captions and repurpose content • Maintain a content calendar and monitor engagement • Research prospective clients and decision-makers • Build prospect lists and support outreach campaigns • Schedule meetings and maintain records • Assist with proposals and sales materials • Support the founder with daily operations and project coordination • Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-up items • Prepare presentations and client documents • Track deadlines, action items, and deliverables • Help deliver an exceptional client experience on a growing account

🎯 Requirements

• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable • Proactive with excellent communication skills • Comfortable managing multiple priorities • Experienced with Canva, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and social media platforms • Familiar using AI tools like ChatGPT (preferred) • Previous experience in executive support, marketing, sales, recruiting, or project coordination is a plus
