• Collaborate with sales and solution consultants to understand customer challenges, workflows, and business goals • Discuss configurations required for custom demo workflows reflecting real-world use cases and customer and industry needs • Configure custom demo presentations using low-code technology based on detailed customer requirements • Ensure demo data, automation, and user interface components provide a realistic user experience • Create reusable demo components, templates, and workflows for future presentations • Provide technical support for customer questions and inquiries • Collaborate with product and solution consulting teams to refine demo capabilities and answer customer questions
🎯 Requirements
• More than one year of documented experience as a pre-sales engineer, junior business analyst, customer service expert, business development representative, or similar • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, workflow systems, or similar systems • Basic knowledge of English • Analytical skills • Independence and planning • Knowledge of the Zoho environment
