📋 Description

• Support clients with technical accounting and finance operations across different projects • Accurately allocate cash receipts against open balances • Perform credit control functions for reinsurance receivables/payables and related account reconciliations • Manage financial settlement with clients according to policy terms and agreements • Manage overall cash flow in a timely manner • Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, clients, and offshore teams to clarify and resolve queries, incorrect data, and missing information • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty (not Life & Health) reinsurance/insurance operations or finance • Insurance/reinsurance experience required • Understanding of contract language required • Must reside in the 48 contiguous United States • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • Strong Excel skills required • At least 1 year of accounting software experience preferred, preferably Great Plains and/or D365 • Prior cash allocations/credit control experience preferred • College degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent insurance work experience strongly preferred • Ability to multitask across different systems and accounts while managing multiple deadlines and changing priorities • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills • Billing experience preferred but not required • Solid organizational and time management skills • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes • Strong communication skills
