📋 Description

• Support parts of the property and casualty insurance underwriting process for insurance industry clients • Enter potential policyholder information into client systems • Map property locations to the nearest body of water • Verify process completion and accuracy, combine policy documents, and create final policy documents • Sort and filter Excel data, including states, vehicle types, payroll, and sales information • Analyze and enter required information into systems • Standardize spreadsheet data using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP • Search for and correct addresses into required formats • Convert Word and PDF documents into Excel • Use Google, Google Maps, and Bing to determine business types, find street addresses, and identify latitude and longitude • Use Google Translate to translate documentation from clients’ international offices • Complete client-specific training on systems and processes provided by PRO IS

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level position • Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP • Good decision-making skills • Strong attention to detail • Accuracy in work • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Adobe • Organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments • Flexibility to work in multiple systems simultaneously • Own reliable and secure high-speed internet access; hotspots and satellite dishes are not permitted • Must live in and be able to work from home in the lower contiguous 48 states of the United States of America • Must be authorized to work in the US; PRO IS does not provide visa sponsorship now or in the future • Candidates do not need to be bilingual
