📋 Description

• Support parts of the property and casualty insurance underwriting process for insurance industry clients • Enter potential policyholder information into client systems • Map property locations to the nearest body of water • Verify process completion and accuracy, then combine policy documents into final policy documents • Sort and filter Excel data, including states, vehicle types, payroll, and sales information • Analyze and enter required information into systems • Use advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, to standardize spreadsheet data • Search for and correct addresses into required formats • Convert Word and PDF documents into Excel • Use Google, Google Maps, and Bing to determine business types, street addresses, and location coordinates • Use Google Translate to translate documentation from clients' international offices • Complete client-specific training on systems and processes provided by the company

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level opportunity; no minimum experience specified • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP • Good decision-making skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Adobe • Organized and able to meet deadlines while handling multiple assignments • Flexibility to work in multiple systems simultaneously • Ability to work with people with different styles and work-output preferences • Reliable and secure high-speed internet access; hotspots and satellite dishes are not accepted • Must live in and be able to work from home in the lower contiguous 48 states in the United States of America • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided • Candidates do not need to be bilingual
