📋 Description

• Responsibilities: With a clear focus, you lead demanding specialist topics and drive the implementation of complex ERP solutions. • Consulting: As an expert on challenging issues, you support confident decision-making for clients and colleagues. • Collaboration: In close cooperation with business units and product development, you refine requirements and enhance the quality of our ERP solutions. • Continuous improvement: Through systematic analysis, you optimize our ERP products and channel customer feedback effectively to related teams. • Knowledge transfer: You deliver remote workshops and technical training, conveying content precisely and expanding internal expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: University degree in a technical or business informatics field, or equivalent qualification. • Experience: Experience as an ERP consultant or substantial ERP practice from a responsible role in manufacturing or trade. • Expertise: Deep process knowledge of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies (SMEs) and strong methodological skills. • Personal attributes: Analytical, solution-oriented, responsible, and a clear communicator. • Languages: Very good German and good English for communication in an international environment.
