📋 Description

• Consulting and implementing cloud and on-premises solutions for clients • Aligning complex requirements between customer needs and technical feasibility • Identifying and leveraging optimization, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities • Leading consulting projects and providing technical support during implementations • Analyzing and preparing customer feedback and project insights for product teams and management • Monitoring technology trends and assessing their relevance to our business • Presenting our solutions in webinars and client meetings, and supporting the creation of technical content

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT consulting or technical consulting, ideally with SaaS products • Solid understanding of cloud and enterprise IT environments such as Azure or AWS • Quick learner with enthusiasm for new technologies and topics • Strong communication skills across audiences from IT administrators to executive management • Independent, structured, and proactive work style with a view of the bigger picture • Awareness of business-relevant technical developments • Confident presence, team spirit, and very good German and English skills
