âą Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security controls âą Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, and automation âą Build and maintain reports and dashboards âą Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication âą Manage third-party integrations from the AppExchange, ensuring seamless functionality with other business applications âą Support system upgrades, testing, and release management âą Provide end-user support, training, and adoption strategies âą Collaborate with consultants and developers for enhancements and integrations
âą 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience âą Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative configuration tools âą Experience with Salesforce security settings (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) âą Experience with data management and reporting âą Understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Service, Marketing) âą Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred âą Strong problem-solving and communication skills âą Certification in Salesforce Administration is required
