📋 Description

• Provide business analysis consulting services for enterprise Marketing Cloud projects spanning multiple phases and platforms • Work with development team members to craft innovative and potentially complex Marketing Cloud solutions addressing functional gaps • Design, build, and optimize customer journeys, automations, and email/SMS/push campaigns within Marketing Cloud • Mentor and advise other consultant team members • Provide insights and recommendations to company leadership • Coordinate and communicate with external client resources • Maintain project methodologies and procedures across projects, platforms, features, teams, divisions, and company-wide processes • Understand data requirements and coordinate with data analysts on Marketing Cloud data extensions, segmentation, and integration needs • Work with project managers and development teams to deliver on-time, on-budget work products

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm or other large enterprise • At least 3+ years of business analysis experience for technology or technology services implementation projects • At least 2 years independently leading business requirements gathering and analysis for implementation projects involving related technologies • Demonstrated successful solution crafting • Salesforce implementation or administration experience • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder/Data Extensions • Preferred: 1+ years of business analysis experience in the non-profit or association industry • Preferred: experience with AMS or CRM platforms such as NetForum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium, or Microsoft Dynamics • Preferred: experience administering or heavily using Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce solutions for non-profit organizations • Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Marketing Cloud Consultant • Preferred: experience with AMPscript, SQL, or SSJS for Marketing Cloud personalization and scripting • Preferred: experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales/Service Cloud through Marketing Cloud Connect or other third-party platforms • Preferred: finance and accounting or implementation of technology platforms for finance and accounting • Must provide a resume and answer application questions about hands-on Marketing Cloud experience, tools/features used, expected monthly or hourly USD rate, and Poland location
