📋 Description

• Work on ProductWind’s Enterprise SAAS platform used by large brands to launch products • Work on ProductWind’s mobile app for creators joining campaigns and connecting with clients • Work with the Head of Product and development team to deliver, test, and hand off new features • Promote adoption of completed features through training tools and documentation • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and other teams to develop and launch projects • Deliver written product requirements and UX requirements while developing product expertise • Spend 25%+ of time between Product and Go-to-Market, supporting sales proposals, product questions, and data stories • Join sales and client calls for discovery, demos, and renewals • Capture customer feedback and translate field insights into platform development

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in product management, program management, solutions consulting, or analytics • Strong understanding of the product development process • Comfortable working with performance data in Excel or Google Sheets • SQL is a plus • Ability to explain complex ideas simply, in writing and live on a call • Comfortable with senior stakeholders at enterprise brands • Experience building Enterprise SAAS products or E-commerce or Social products • Proven ability to own products or projects end-to-end • Experience working with product, UX, engineering, and sales teams • Strong product and UX instincts • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills • Critical thinker, fast learner, and strong collaborator • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
