đź“‹ Description

• Train customer personnel on safe and effective operation of HydraFiber processing equipment • Provide equipment installation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and post-installation support • Assist growers with equipment and process adjustments for mixing, conveying, and container filling • Verify equipment settings and production practices support targeted HydraFiber inclusion rates • Help customers establish standard operating procedures for equipment operation, maintenance, cleaning, and quality control • Serve as the primary contact for HydraFiber equipment and processing questions • Support sales and marketing initiatives • Understand customer growing-media formulations, crops, containers, irrigation, fertility programs, and production goals to identify value opportunities • Assist with customer trials, sample collection, and production evaluations • Evaluate production processes to identify cost reduction, labor efficiency, throughput, and crop-consistency opportunities • Identify opportunities to increase HydraFiber usage or introduce other Profile Growing Solutions and communicate them to sales • Communicate qualified opportunities to RBMs and assist with technical follow-up • Build relationships with equipment operators, growers, and production managers • Collaborate with sales, technical, operations, and R&D teams and equipment partners • Share customer feedback, competitive information, production observations, and growth opportunities • Document customer visits, equipment status, inclusion rates, recommendations, technical issues, and commercial opportunities • Complete customer-engagement reports and CRM updates • Communicate and track follow-up actions, responsible parties, timelines, issues, and recommendations through completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred • Two or more years of relevant commercial horticulture, growing-media, greenhouse, nursery, agricultural-equipment, or mechanized-production experience preferred • Experience with growing-media mixing, conveying, container filling, irrigation, fertility, or greenhouse and nursery production highly desirable • Technical sales, customer-success, or consultative account-support experience is a plus • Equivalent education and relevant industry experience may be considered • Strong mechanical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills • Working knowledge of commercial horticulture production and growing-media systems • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently • Ability to identify needs beyond the immediate equipment issue • Consultative mindset with interest in sales and customer value creation • Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to communicate technical information in practical terms • Ability to manage multiple customer projects and follow-up activities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time • Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds • Ability to operate and adjust production equipment and machine controls • Ability to work in loud, dusty, wet, hot, or cold commercial-production environments • May occasionally require more than 40 hours per week, overnight travel, or work outside normal business hours
