📋 Description

• Build and execute the entire marketing strategy—from paid ads and organic content to landing pages • Own the entire funnel—acquisition, activation, and retention • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn • Develop and systematically implement a content strategy • Track and analyze performance, iterating based on data • Work directly with the founders on growth objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building marketing strategies, ideally in a startup or scale-up • Strong copywriting skills—from LinkedIn posts and ad copy to landing pages • Experience with paid social and performance-driven advertising across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn • Ability to build and systematically execute a content strategy • Track what works and iterate based on data—no gut-feeling marketing • Basic SEO knowledge—you understand how organic traffic works • Experience in e-commerce, Amazon FBA, or SaaS (nice to have) • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Plausible, Ahrefs, or HubSpot (nice to have) • Video content or YouTube strategy experience (nice to have) • Multilingual marketing (German/English) (nice to have) • Affiliate or influencer marketing experience (nice to have) • Think in terms of funnels, not individual campaigns • You are equally strong at writing and analyzing • Actively use AI tools for copywriting, ideation, and scaling • Excited to build something from scratch and help shape the ProfitPath brand • Self-motivated learner who enjoys exploring new channels, formats, and growth hacks
