📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap to continuously improve the post-approval customer experience • Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems, mitigate risk, and validate solutions through customer and market research • Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria • Establish iterative release schedules with dependent teams • Test, measure, and iterate on product experiences using data to identify friction and drive improvements • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate timelines, blockers, successes, and failures • Analyze product feature performance • Establish organizational buy-in and maintain communication with functional areas • Solve difficult problems through innovative solutions • Assess risks and opportunities using data-informed written narratives • Collaborate with engineers, designers, peers, and company leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management • Experience owning and managing post-approval or account management products in a consumer-facing digital environment • Ability to design and iterate on self-service experiences across web and mobile • Experience configuring or optimizing AI chatbot workflows to support self-service customer resolution • Familiarity with financial services or fintech products, including payment flows, lease or loan lifecycle management, and regulatory context • Ability to move from high-level strategy to detailed execution • Exceptional communication skills and ability to write/present effectively to varied audiences • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, self-direct, and be flexible in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
